After donating and obtaining the JackCMS source code, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the system. The following are prohibited:

• Reselling, renting, transferring, or redistributing the system;
• Using the system for purposes that infringe on others’ rights or violate the law;
• Removing or altering copyright notices.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, design, and documentation of JackCMS are owned by Liming Overseas Technology Limited (利明出海科技有限公司).

3. Donation and Delivery

After a successful donation, a download link will be automatically sent to the email you provide. Please ensure your email is correct. The download link is for personal use only.

4. Updates and Support

Donors will receive updates of subsequent versions and technical support. We reserve the right to modify system functions at any time.

5. Disclaimer

JackCMS is provided “as is” without warranty for any particular purpose or error-free operation. The company is not responsible for any loss caused during use.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the court where the company is located.
